Madhav Kale has 20 years experience in Engineering, Consulting, Construction and Project Management of

and Asia. Madhav has served in various capacities from design engineer to team leader with major EPC firms,

such as, MW Kellogg, Bechtel, Fluor, Jacobs Engineering. He has participated in numerous design projects for

ARCO, BASF, Chevron, Exxon, Phillips, Marathon, Lyondell, Reliance, SADAF, Shell, Texaco, Union Carbide,

Valero for projects of various sizes from $1 million to several hundred million. Madhav is also experienced on

commercial high-rise buildings, shopping centers, institutional facilities and infrastructures.

Sunita Kale has 12 years experience in architectural design, detailing and CAD related to commercial, industrial,

institutional, recreational and residential projects in the US. She has worked with several architectural consultants

in Houston and participated in the design of numerous projects of various sizes. She is familiar with design

standards and practices in the US.

Dr. Matsagar has 10 years experience in Civil/Structural Engineering industry, Academics, Teaching and

Research. He is familiar with engineering design, codes standards & industry-practices in the US. He has worked on

several analysis, Design & detailing projects in the US. Vasant is proficient in the use of analysis tools and software

including, Autocad, StaadPro, Fortran77, Strudl, ANSYS, NASTRAN, LISP and VB. He has special expertise in

dynamics, seismic design and base-isolation systems. Dr. Matsagar provides technical guidance regarding code

interpretation, analysis approach and special problems in design of steel and concrete structures.
